If an item is in stock, it is usually available immediately from our 600-square-meter warehouse. If the item is not in stock, the typical delivery time is approximately one to two weeks. Should any delays occur due to system errors, manufacturer shortages, or missing parts, we will, of course, inform you. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the country.

It is generally recommended that light fixtures be installed by an electrician or qualified professional. For safety reasons, since electricity is not visible, we strongly advise professional installation. While not legally required, it is highly recommended to have them installed by qualified personnel.

No appointment is necessary for a general lighting consultation in our store. However, a quick call beforehand is helpful so we can allocate sufficient time for you. For lighting design, for example for new construction, renovations, or larger projects, please contact us in advance so we can reserve a suitable appointment and the right lighting designer for you.
