Configure lights online – how it works

An off-the-shelf light rarely fits your room perfectly. With our lamp configurators you plan your lighting yourself: choose dimensions, finishes, light colour and control, see the result straight away and order exactly the light that suits your dining table, kitchen or living room.

Pendant lights for the dining table: In the KOS configurator you combine delicate Komot glass pendants on a rail or a round canopy. With the Strada Pro configurator by Bankamp you arrange pendants freely along your rail, and the Bankamp Line is available in your custom length. Round and oval light objects are designed in the Loop configurator.

Wall and ceiling lights: With the Blade configurator you combine individual Escale lights into your own light composition.

LED strips and track systems: In the LED configurator you plan light lines for furniture, kitchens and indirect lighting with the right profile, LED strip and power supply. For flexible spotlights you plan single-circuit tracks or the 48-volt mini track directly as a top view – including power feed, connectors and spotlight positions.

Every configuration can be saved as an ID or link, so you can continue planning later or discuss it with us. Behind the online shop is a specialist lighting store with more than 35 years of experience: if you have questions about size, light effect or control, we are happy to advise you personally.

Frequently asked questions about the lamp configurator

What is a lamp configurator?

A lamp configurator lets you put together your own light online: you choose size, shape, finish, light colour and control and see straight away what your light looks like and what it costs. At Licht-Kraus you can plan pendant lights, wall lights, LED strips and track systems to fit your room exactly.

Which lights can I configure at Licht-Kraus?

You can configure LED strips with profiles, Escale Blade wall lights, Komot KOS glass pendants, Bankamp Strada Pro, Braga Loop and Ovally, the Bankamp Line in a custom length, single-circuit tracks and the 48-volt mini track. Still unsure? The pendant light finder helps you choose the right light for your dining table.

Can I save my configuration?

Yes. Every configurator creates a configuration ID or a planning link. Simply enter the ID in the search on licht-kraus.de and your saved configuration opens again. Many configurators also offer a PDF summary of your plan.

How much does a configured light cost?

The price is calculated directly in the configurator from your selection and shown including VAT. Every time you change the size, finish or control, you immediately see how the price changes.

Can I return a custom-made light?

Lights that are individually manufactured or cut to your configuration may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. The configurator informs you about this before you order. Your statutory warranty rights always remain unaffected.

Can someone help me with the planning?

Yes. The Licht-Kraus GmbH team advises you personally on size, light effect and control – by phone at +49 7841 27447 or on site in our showroom of more than 1,000 m² in Sasbach, Germany. Book your lighting consultation here.
