Why shop at Licht-Kraus?

At Licht-Kraus, you receive personal advice on site, backed by over 35 years of experience in lighting and specialist retail. We offer high-quality products from a specialist retailer, remain available after your purchase and, as a regional company, are easy to reach. Our consultations take place in a relaxed atmosphere – with a coffee or a glass of sparkling wine if you wish.

Is online advice also available?

Yes. Simply send us a message and we will get back to you via WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or a video call. That way, we can discuss plans, photos or your ideas online.

What are the delivery times?

If an item is in stock, it is usually available immediately from our 600-square-metre warehouse. If it is not in stock, the usual delivery time is around one to two weeks. We will of course inform you if system errors, manufacturer shortages or missing parts cause delays. Delivery times for international shipments may vary by country.

Do I need an electrician to install a light?

We generally recommend having lights installed by an electrician or another qualified person. For safety reasons, because electricity is not visible, we strongly advise professional installation. It is not a legal requirement, but our clear recommendation is to have the installation carried out by a qualified professional.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

You do not need an appointment for general lighting advice in our shop. A quick call beforehand is helpful, however, so we can make enough time for you. For lighting design, for example for a new build, renovation or larger project, please contact us in advance so we can arrange a suitable appointment with the right lighting designer.

We ship your order from our warehouse as soon as possible. We use reliable parcel and freight carriers; international shipments may take longer. We will proactively inform you if a part is missing or a delay occurs.
